This month Chef Peter is preparing pork and ricotta cappelletti with ramps and pancetta, herbed focaccia, creme fraiche, spring lettuce, hakurei turnip, pickled ramps: $50 per person and includes a welcome glass of Dynamis 2022 Rosé.
