Dynamis Estate Wines and The Fearrington House Restaurant invite you to an intimate evening celebrating the harmony between exceptional cuisine and estate-grown wines.
On July 23, guests will enjoy a custom five-course dinner created by Chef Paul Gagne and thoughtfully paired with a selection of Dynamis Estate wines, presented by owner winemakers Katy Kidd and Matheson Worrell. Each course will highlight the balance between seasonal ingredients and the structure and character of the wines, creating a seamless pairing experience.
