The flagship of Dynamis Estate Wines comprises the very best of the vintage. Dynamis, defined as limitless power, presents this confident full-bodied blend that exemplifies the strength of our mountain’s terroir.

The Mountain 2023 expresses the darker and more structured side of the estate through a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc. Aromatics of black currant and cassis are layered with cigar box, Luxardo cherry, and bergamot. The palate is concentrated yet lifted, balancing dark fruit with savory spice and refined tannin structure. The finish is persistent and composed, carrying both richness and freshness. This wine continues the legacy of the original vision of Dynamis Estate Wines.

Fermentation and processing:
Only the best fruit was chosen from different lots of 4 Bordeaux varieties. The wine was pumped over twice daily for three to four weeks during fermentation in 40hl(hectoliter) oak vats. A combination of both stainless steel and 40hl French oak were used for fermenting. For added complexity, maceration on skins post fermentation was done in periods of 5 to 10 days. Wine was aged 28 months in new 225l French oak barrels.
