We invite members to join us for an intimate afternoon in the cellar, tasting wines still resting in barrel and gaining early insight into the direction of upcoming releases. Guided by Dynamis winemakers Mat and Katy, alongside Vineyard Manager Joseph, this experience offers a closer look at the choices that shape each wine from vineyard to bottle.
The tasting unfolds at an unhurried pace, allowing space for conversation, questions, and reflection as each wine is explored in its current state. Thoughtfully prepared catered food will accompany the tasting, selected to complement the wines and the setting.
