The flagship of Dynamis Estate Wines comprises the very best of the vintage. Dynamis, defined as limitless power, presents this confident full-bodied blend that exemplifies the strength of our mountain’s terroir. The 2021 vintage contains all 5 of the main Bordeaux red grapes planted on the property. This wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec, and Petit Verdot.

This wine carries intensity and focus with ripe black fruit, including black currant, black cherry, and plums. The Mountain shows secondary notes of eucalyptus, spearmint, and rich forest floor with barrel aromatics of cocoa espresso and vanilla. The palate is concentrated with dark fruit and ample tannins; this is a big wine with balanced acidity and a full weighty mouthfeel. The finish is long and complex. Drink now or hold for decades!

Fermentation and processing:
Only the best fruit was chosen from different lots of all 5 Bordeaux varieties. The wine was pumped over twice daily for three to four weeks during fermentation in 40hl(hectoliter) oak vats. A combination of both stainless steel and 40hl French oak were used for fermenting. For added complexity, maceration on skins post fermentation was done in periods of 15, 20 and 40 days. Wine was aged 28 months in new 225l French oak barrels.
