DESCRIPTION:The Sunday Supper Series is a culinary experience at Dynamis. Each month\, we serve a comforting one-course meal preceded by a welcoming glass of wine. Enjoy Dynamis wines by the glass. Enjoy a relaxed afternoon with friends\, and meet some new ones too. For those new to Dynamis\, we suggest starting your experience with a tasting (please note when making your reservation). For groups larger than 6 people\, please call for a reservation.May Menu – Chef Peter\, Bobby Boy Bakeshop \n\n\n\nAppetizer – Spinach and Nettle Dip\, Sourdough:  \n\n\n\nA rustic\, creamy dip using foraged stinging nettles\, which offer an earthy\, vibrant green flavor similar to spinach but more intense\, paired with fresh sourdough bread. \n\n\n\nMain – Ramp Sausage\, Spring Onion Gravy:  \n\n\n\nFeaturing ramps\, the highly prized\, foraged wild Appalachian leeks with a garlic-onion flavor. Mixed directly into sausage\, smothered in a gravy made from the first spring onions of the season. \n\n\n\nMarinated Zucchini Salad: A crisp\, light accompaniment to balance the rich sausage\, zucchini marinated in citrus or herb vinaigrette. \n\n\n\nDessert – Shortbread\, Bramble Berries\, Crème Fraiche:  \n\n\n\nA classic butter shortbread served with fresh bramble berries (such as blackberries or raspberries) and a dollop of tangy\, rich crème fraiche. \n\n\n\nPayment – Your credit card will not be billed in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the event\, otherwise the full ticket price will be billed on the day of the event to cover the cost of food purchased.   \n\n\n\n$55 per plate
