Menu: Damascus Catering – Grilled Chicken Piccata
Orecchiette Pasta, Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes, Artichoke Hearts, Arugula, Fennel, Parmesan Cream, Fresh Basil, Lemon Caper Sauce
Herb-grilled chicken breast, finished with a bright and briny lemon caper sauce, served over orecchiette pasta tossed with heirloom cherry tomatoes, tender artichoke hearts, peppery arugula, and shaved fennel. Enveloped in a velvety Parmesan cream and finished with fresh basil.
$50/plate – includes welcome glass, and entrée
Payment: Your credit card will not be billed in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the event, otherwise the full ticket price will be billed on the day of the event to cover the cost of food purchased.
ABOUT: The Sunday Supper Series is a culinary experience at Dynamis. Each month, we serve a comforting one-course meal preceded by a welcoming glass of wine. Enjoy Dynamis wines by the glass or bottle and indulge in a Bobby Boy Bakeshop entremets for dessert (Sold separately). Enjoy a relaxed afternoon with friends, and meet some new ones too. For those new to Dynamis, we suggest starting your experience with a tasting (please note when making your reservation). For groups larger than 6 people, please call for a reservation.
